YETI POP is a celebration of the end of the world as we know it. Roaring trumpets, violins and vocal harmonies couple with a core of electric guitars to deliver a cacophonic march to oblivion. Formed in Beirut in 2016 by founding members Wael Abifaker and Adrian Hartrick, YETI POP gathered musicians from Lebanon’s jazz, metal and funk scenes to culminate in a seven-member, multi-instrumental outfit known for its high energy songs and on-stage theatrics. Their rock-adjacent sound combines international folk styles and heavy guitars, with a healthy respect for storytelling.

Since their inception, they have honed their live show playing some of Beirut’s premier venues, including Station Beirut, Metro al Madina, The Grand Factory and the Roman Baths stage of Fete de la Musique. In 2023, they will release their first EP Sunday BBQ Massacre; a 5-song blueprint of much more to come.
